Hi,
very new to ADSM (& UNIX), we've recently installed the product and
have hit this
error when a backup runs:

ANS4031E Error processing '/u': destination directory path length
exceeds system maximum

I've checked manuals etc, but none of the files we're backing up seem
to have
really excessive pathnames (300 characters or so).

Appreciate any suggestions..

thanks,

Gerry.
