Kieron,

Make very sure you have read the ADSM/TSM Administrator's guide and the 
Operator's Manual for the 3995 unit.  It is possible that you have the element 
numbers for the drives defined incorrectly in ADSM.  You could receive this 
type of error message if that's the problem.
