Hello Tim

With the uss client getting clients and their updates is a little
different then that for the other clients.

If you have access to IBMLINK then you can order ptf UQ45461 to get
to 4.1.2 .If you do not have access to IBMLINK, you should be able to
call the IBM support center and ask them to order it for you.

I believe that you can also get the client via ftp with a password, but
I do not know the details.

PSS if you have access to IBMLINK, you can use the IBMLINK tools to
    search for the latest ptf's and the problems that they fix (apar).
    If you have a large os/390 site, you most likely have access.
