I'm not a s sharp on bat files as I used to be, so the syntax might be a little
off, but:

create an arbitrary file on all drives. Say imhere.txt

if exist <drive>\imhere.txt then
 dsmc archive <drive>

Just do it up to the highest drive letter you've got. I'm not sure if the "if
exist" will work with just the drive letter either.
