I got hit by this on Memorial Day weekend. Down five days and still
finding hidden problems.
We used "commit=yes" to get the restore to complete to a usable
point. However, that was the full dump db; all the incrementals were
lost. My advice is to get someone from level 2 to work you thru this. You
may want to audit your library and maybe restore your storagepools before
you turn it over to your users again. I hope your management will be as
inderstanding as mine was.
P.S. What version? I was at 3.1.2.55 at the time.

Hi *SMer's
Following a server crash, we have been forced to restore the database from
the latest backup. The database restored ok, then started running through
the dblog records at the end of the dbdump. During this process, it

Sequential media log undo pass in progress.
tbundo.c(256): Error 1 on insert from table DF.Vol.Contents for undo.
Server operation terminated
ANR7823S Internal error TBUNDO012 detected [ thats "0h zero one two" ]
Has anybody seen this before?
Any clues on how to recover??
