hi,

There was an APAR (IC27695) opened against TDPO.  If there is 'dirmc'
option entry defined in your dsm.sys file, TSM API core dump.  It is fixed
in the PTF coming out very soon.  So if you have that entry in your
dsm.sys, just removing it will work fine.  If you don't have that entry,
make sure DSMI_CONFIG env variable is set correctly.

As far as licensing is concern, you will need a client license regardless
of your server licenses.
