I am also a TSM architect.  I would highly recommend that if you are looking
to get the highest rating out of your TSM implementation, that you learn the
product inside and out before you begin the implementation.  Some of my
customers would rate TSM lower than 8 and that is because they have not
taken the necessary time to learn the product.  But for those customers who
spend the time to become familiar with the ins and outs of TSM, they would
rate it at an 8 or higher - every time!
