Yes, I have seen these errors.  They were caused by a bug in the 3.7
mvs servers prior to 3.7.3.  The bug only happened if you used the
new feature 'fixediobufsize' to improve i/o to the db, log and disk storage
pool.  Did you turn this feature on by setting fixediobufsize to a non zero
value in the server options file?  If so, get level 3.7.3.6 which has code to
find the damaged files and clean them up.
