first, to look at a file under unix just use the "more" command
more filename

If there is a real weird object in the include/exclude list that would be
impacting these files you would be more likely to see something about and
invalid management class, default being used...
This indicates to me that they are bound to a management class that does
exist but (as the msg states) no valid backup copy group exists.

Just let me go ahead and state the obvious
from dsmadmc
q node blah
to get the domain it is registered to
then do a compare of a
q mgmt domainofblah active
and
q copy domainofblah active

and probably these files are being bound to something you'll see in the q
mgmt but not in the q copy

once this sort of thing is determined, go from there
later,
