Adsm will backup a directory if a file is created or deleted within that
directory.  This pertains to NTFS partitions and not FAT partitions.

This is important for people wanting to do point in time restores with the
backup/archive gui.  For a PIT restore using the GUI, ADSM builds the
directory list based on directories that exist in that point in time.   If
WINNT is changed daily, and you retain 10 copies of your directories,  if
you select a PIT restore 11 days ago, you will not see the WINNT directory.
