Actually what TSM 4.1 does is to pull down the whole file (the 1st full
backup of the file) and then it pulls back the changes needed to rebuild the
file.

As in every adaptative backup TSM backs up all the changes since the last
full backup of the file, TSM just have to restore the last "package" of
changes and the full file. It doesn't need to restore all the "packages"
prior to the last one.
