  ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  MSGANR5092E when using TCPIP 3.5 which comes with OS/390 R6.
  The problem is that SVM does not recognize TCP/IP 3.5.  SVM
  needs to be changed to recognize this as a valid TCP/IP release.

  This APAR does not apply to ADSM/MVS 3.1.2.0 and above.  These
  levels of ADSM no longer use DFSMSsvm.  The current level of
  ADSM/MVS, 3.1.2.20, will properly recognize and function with
  OS/390 2.6 and 2.7 or TCP/IP 3.5 and 3.6.  At these levels of
  OS/390, the ADSM/MVS Server USERID must have OpenEdition
  superuser authority or this same error symptom will occur.


  LOCAL FIX:
  ADSM/MVS users should upgrade to ADSM/MVS 3.1.2.20 and insure
  that the ADSM/MVS Server USERID has OpenEdition superuser
  authority.
