There's an open APAR on this error-- applying fixtest level 14 has been put out
to address the error.  It seems to be woring in my instance.

AIX 3.3.3?  TSM 3.7 is documented as requiring AIX 4.3

It's not clear from your posting whether the "failure" is
in the client or the server.
