I am new to the ADSM and DB2 world so please be patient.

I am having a problem when trying to backup up a DB2 V5.0 database to either
ADSM or straight to disk. When I attempt an online backup, it appears that
everything is going fine, the connection to the ADSM server gets established
and data does flow, but at the end of the backup I get a DB2 message that
says, "A system error occurred." The sql number is SQL3012. There is also
an entry in the NT Event log that directs me to the DB2 Diagnostic log for
this instance. It shows the information as follows:

2000-07-13-11.05.58.763000 Instance:DB2 Node:000
PID:127(db2syscs.exe) TID:199 Appid:*LOCAL.DB2.000713180510
database_utilities sqlubcka Probe:0 Database:ALLTRS

Backup terminated.

Now to me this says that this is not an ADSM issue, however I can't find
anything at IBM's web site that clues me in to what is happening here, so I
thought I would try here. Any idea's would be greatly appreciated.

Environment:
ADSM Server: 3.1.6
OS: NT 4.0 with sp 6a
DB2 version: 5.0 with fix pack 5.
DB2 server: NT 4.0 with sp 4.
