Just because the tape that is offsite is in filling status doesn't mean
that the tape is bad. It just means that the tape had been written to, but
had not been completely filled up before it was checked out from the
library.

Subject: Bad tape
I have one bad tape in my offsitepool. ADSM thinks it is filling but it was
removed from the library long ago. How can I make sure this tape's data is
moved to another volume. Q con shows lots of data on the tape but how can I
get it moved since the tape is unavailable?
