You can either delete the old copy pool volumes and do the backup stg again,
or you can do move data commands on a volume by volume basis. I don't know
for sure, but you may be able to define the new copy pool as the nextstgpool
parameter in the old pool and lower the migration levels to 0. I haven't
checked if nextstg is an option for a copy storage pool.
