Lindsay is correct in that the problem is not your database but the
storage pools. However, you should strongly consider expanding your
database. What are your cache percentages like -probably below the 97%
level.
The log files are used in an append mode and pruned based on your
retention parameters. There is no need to manually rotate logs; you should
keep an eye on them and treat them the same way to do the database - expand
when necessary.
