Is this a new library or an established installation , if it is an
established installation which has worked previously then you probably have
a media problem but before replaceing the media I would try a audit with
checklabel=yes to see what that reports , if it is a new install then it
could easily be a config problem or that the new media has never been
labelled . Also go into the menu on the front of the c68 and see if any
drive or robot errors are being reported ....the meaning of the codes that
you will get are in the Main Manual that you get with the C68
