A couple of things: from the web interface, make sure browser caching isn't
showing you an old page.  Right click and select refresh to get data from
the server.

Second: if you try to delete lots of filespaces simultaneously, you will
often run into database deadlock situations.  When this occurs, one or more
of the processes participating in the deadlock are killed.  You can see that
this occurred by looking in the activity log.  You might do a q actlog
search=deadlock to find them.
