I can't find that APAR.  I'm searching in the RS/6000 APAR database.  Is that
the correct location?  I can't find either the exact apar - IC26881 - nor just
the number - 26881.

A problem has been found with the "LABEL LIBVOL OVERWRITE=YES" command.
Please see apar:  IC26881.  The parameter "OVERWRITE=YES" should NOT be
used with this command until server's having the fix for this apar are
available.  The default value for the "OVERWRITE" parameter is "NO", so the
only way to encounter this error is to explicitly use the command with the
parameter specified as "YES".
