Are those NT or AIX adsm servers?

Well, we have 3 adsm admins
12 servers
500-ish clients
75 terabytes on tape
1-2 terabytes of nightly client traffic

all clients are responsible for *SM on their client nodes (we don't have
time)

A 4th would be nice for an easier oncall & backup oncall schedule (and when
someone is sick or vacation or...)

and with this I'd say a 5th... (manager roll)...
