Not similar, but an abend/problem/headache just the same.

My Novell 4.11 server *NEVER* shuts down/crashes/reboots.

However, not too long after installing TSM 3.7, I had a lockup. Then another
crash, later, also caused by TSM.

One thing I noticed was the default EXCLUDE list didn't exclude the QUEUE
directories. The logs showed it was always trying to backup the open print
queue directories, but failing. One of my crashes/hangups show it trying to
do that and it was stuck !

I updated the dsm.opt to exclude the QUEUE directories and all has been much
better.
