configure TSM with IBM 3447

Hi,

When I tried to configure IBM 3447 tape device (running NT), TSM detects it as 
Manual tape
(mt4.0.0.1 Quantum DLT7000).
How do I make TSM detect the device as an automated library so that I can 
configure
it as a library changer and be able to utilize its functionality?
