Please have a look at our ftp site, ftp.software.ibm.com. Go to this
directory:

tivoli-storage-management/maintenance/client/v3r7/Windows/i386/v371/single

Download IC25794.exe in binary format, then read IC25794.README.1ST
for information on how to install the fix.
