Gerrit - Do a 'dsmmigquery -Candidatelist' to assure that it has a
         list of candidates ready to migrate: certainly your 95% fullness
says that it should have.  If not, make sure that your dsmmonitord is
running per the HSM start-up script.  I'd also check the target HSM
storage pool definitions to assure consistent with what you expect,
and that the storage pool is all goodness (online, writable, etc.).
You have been doing backups so "Migration Requires Backup?" should
not be an issue; but you might negate that and see what happens, as
one variable to change in prodding this patient.
