I have been reading that there are two types of
incremental backups.  One is "FULL" and the other is
"PARTIAL".  I  am setting up a batch file to run
backups and I was wondering what is the command for
running the PARTIAL INCREMENTAL BACKUP from the
command line, or is it possible.
