Can ANYONE help?.

We are running TSM 3.7 on AIX 4.3.3 on an SP Frame with 6 silver wide nodes. 
Ever since upgrading ADSM 3.1.2.40  to TSM 3.7 we have been getting constant  
"Server rejected session; result code: 53" error messages in the dsmerror log.  
                                                         
                   
Also, when doing COLD backups of Oracle databases, sometimes we get erratic 
results:-                                                       

ANS1803E Archive processing of 
'/axsrdb/app/oracle/product/8.0.4/dbs/sgadefaxloem.dbf' finished with failures. 
                                         
                   ANS1102E Excessive number of command line arguments passed 
to the       
                   program!                                                     
           
                   
ANS1133W An expression might contain a wildcard not enclosed in quotes.

ANS1312E Server media mount not possible

These results  can be different every time a cold backup is run.        

We are running Server version 3.7.0.0 and client version 3.7.0.0 (NO PTFS's 
applied).                                                        

We cannot allow this to go on, as we are obviously relying on these backups in 
a production environment.

Any suggestions PLEASE??...
