Larry - Not at all.  I've been running ADSM for years in AIX - where TCP/IP is
        integral to the operating system - and have never had the server hang
on a TCP/IP problem.  We've been running AIX since 1992 and have found TCP/IP
itself in AIX to be fully reliable.
    Could you elaborate upon the problems you've seen with integrated TCP/IP
in some environments?
