These two lines should exclude everything.
EXCLUDE *:\*.*
EXCLUDE *:\...\*.*
The translation for the first line is:
Any volume and any files on the root of that volume.
The second line is:
Any volume and any sub directory structure and any files in that structure.
His should also take care of any CD mounted on your NetWare server.
