The client can be downloaded from the IBM sites; IBM has rerouted their
pages to link to Tivolis' Web site for clients.  Since Tivoli took over from
ADSM and rebranded the product to TSM, they are charging an "upgrade fee"
for their software - both server and client.  I downloaded the Tivoli
clients back in December and installed them on 180+ machines; they worked
just fine (with the usual problems associated with new fixes) using  an
OS/390 3.1.2.40 server and an AIX 3.1.2.54 server (original servers from
IBM).
