probably had some copy groups (under management classes) that pointed to
these storage pools...
(I think it will let you delete a storage pool even though you have copy
groups using it/them)
update the copy groups and activate the policy set again and these should
clear...

to find out the problem area you might need to validate each policy set you
have defined... when one without the destination storage pool for a
management class's copy group... you should see some whining from adsm.
