Roland,

You better check what is happening on your server.
ANS1315E says:

    ANS1315E Unexpected Retry request

Explanation: Unexpected Retry request. The server found an error while
writing data to the server's data storage.

System Action: Client retries the operation.

    User Response: None.

Examine your TSM server console and/or activity log to find out
why it is having trouble writing to data storage.

Thanks,

Del

Subject: Exchange Problem ANS1315E RC=15 Unexpected Retry Request

Hi all,

I face the following problem. My Exchange Information store could not be
backed up by ADSM.
I get this message after backup procedure

        ANS1315E RC=15 Unexpected Retry Request

The command :

execdsm /backup:is,full /adsmpwd:XXX /compress:no /buffers:6,128

does not work.

What can i try? If i had a look to the ADSM Connecting agent graphical
interface i see that i am
able to restore the "dir" up to now, but the "is" only forward to sunday!

Any help would be appreciated

Freundliche Grüße

        Roland Bender
