RMAN 7086 = invalid argument(s)  to sbtinfo;

Is it possible that you meant DSMI_CONFIG rather than DSMI_ORC_CONFIG?

ex:
allocate channel t2 type 'SBT_TAPE' parms 'ENV=( DSMO_OWNER=oracle,
DSMI_CONFIG=
/usr/lpp/adsm/bin/dsm.opt)';
