Backing up the as/400 with 3.1.2.20 or 3.7?

Is anyone backing up as/400 clients using 3.1.2.20 or 3.7.1?
Our as/400 info: Model 530 Type 9406 - OS ver 4 rel 3 mod 0 - Tape drives
are connected to 3490-E11 Tape Controllers.
We are currently using Help/Systems Robot/Save to backup the as/400
servers. It's a nightmare maintaining two backup products.
Any feedback is appreciated.
