Roland Leins of IBM ITSO wrote a Redbook about library sharing:
Go to www.redbooks.ibm.com and search for tivoli. The article you are
looking for is called Tivoli Storage Manager SAN Tape Library Sharing.
There are some words in there about more generic tape library sharing. This
might put you on the right path. It's also good reading.
