Had the data been migrated to tape? Backed up to a copy storage pool? If
you don't have a backup of the data (backup stg disk copy), then you can't
restore it. If it had been migrated to tape already, I wouldn't worry about
it: delete the volume:
delete vol d:\data01.dsm discardd=yes
Replace with the real name. Then recreate the volume:
define vol d:\data01.dsm formatsize=whatever
If you don't have the data anyplace, the next time the clients backup there
data, they'll resend anything they can that had been in that pool.
