Good luck with IBM.
From my own correspondence with them, I understand this is a problem that has
been around for quite some time in one form or another.
Client code 3.1.0.8 doesn't  stop the hang, but it does enable you to break out
of the session hang via "unload dsmc" without abending the client, which was the
expeirnce we were getting the older client code versions.

John,

We have been experiencing the same problem of the ADSM scheduler just 'hanging'
on the 'connecting to Netware file server' message.  We are currently logging
each occurrence to see if their is something in common with the failing servers.
We have various levels of ADSM Level 3 code that experience this problem.  After
we gather some data I was planning on opening a problem with IBM.
