After installing the Atape.driver you should be able to just run cfgmgr to
pick up the 3575 libray and 3570 drives.

Using Smitty,
select Devices
Select Tape Drives
Select
3575    scsi IBM Magstar MP 3575 Library Medium Changer

Select the parent adapter from the list
enter the connection address of the auto changer

To define the tape drives:
Select
3570L scsi IBM Magstar MP 3570 Library Tape Drive
Select that parent adapter
enter the connection address

When your finished the results from entering lsdev -Cc tape should be
something like:

rmt1 Available X0-06-01-0,0 IBM Magstar MP 3570 Library Tape Drive
rmt2 Available X0-06-01-1,0 IBM Magstar MP 3570 Library Tape Drive
rmt3 Available X0-06-01-2,0 IBM Magstar MP 3570 Library Tape Drive
rmt4 Available X0-06-01-3,0 IBM Magstar MP 3570 Library Tape Drive
smc0 Available X0-06-01-6,0 IBM Magstar MP 3575 Library Medium Changer
