Yes there is a digest:
Send a note to listserv AT vm.marist DOT edu
in the body of the note:  Set ADSM-L digest
To get off the list:
Send a note to listserv AT vm.marist DOT edu
in the body of the note:  signoff adsm-l

I find the best way to handle the volume mail.  Is to have a mail agent watch
for ADSM-L mail then move it off folder I can look at when I have time.
