Hi Stephen,

I encountered the same pb.  According to IBM, this is a known bug of the
client v3.1.0.7

You must upgrade to TSM 3.7 client.

Subject:        NT Exclude.dir in overriding option set

Exclude.dir does not seem to be allowed as an overriding client option.  I
have created option sets for some should I say untrustworthy clients.
Exclude.dir as one of these options does not seem to work.  Anyone have
any
idea about this?
