You must verify that you have support for the level of Oracle you are at
with backint if that is your DB for SAP. TSM did not support 7.3.4 the last
time I checked.

You could also use the new Instant Archive functionality if/when you
move to TSM 3.7 to perform the same type of functionality.  One good
thing about using the Instant Archive would be that the TSM server
would still manage the data (via the volume history) preventing you
from having to take it out of the library.
