Does the high CPU utilization continue forever, or just for "awhile" as TSM
starts? I know that for large values of buffpoolsize, dsmserv will consume
all of a CPU during startup as it allocates memory. For a value of 131072
(the max), I've seen NT systems take 4-5 minutes to start TSM while
consuming in the neighborhood of 141MB of memory. I"ve not seen the
behavior persist beyond this startup time.
