TSO Admin client: TCP/IP connection failure.

Subject: TSO Admin client: TCP/IP connection failure.

After starting the TSO Admin client and after entering the administrator's
userid I get the following messages in the dsmerror.log:

TcpOpen(): socket(): errno = 156
TcpOpen: Error creating TCP/IP socket.
sessOpen: Failure in communications open call. rc: -50
ANS1017E Session rejected: TCP/IP connection failure
ANS8023E Unable to establish session with server.

When one of our Systems programmers tries it, it works perfectly.
We both use the same options file and Rexx exec.
The only thing we can think of is, that it is caused by a difference in
authorizations.
Can anyone help.
