Long running Incremental Backup

Hi all out there,
we are running inc backups every night for our WinNT Servers. The backup
process results in hundreds of tape mounts and dismounts and therefor the
backups are running very long. Collocation ist not enabled for this
ADSM-Clients.The clienst are V3.1.0.3 level and the ADSM-Server is V3.1.2.1
level.
Any ideas ?
