John,

What version of Notes are you running?  How 'bout the version of the
connect agent?

The reason I ask is because with Notes R4 and the old ADSMConnect
Agent, one could not schedule the online notes backup from within
the ADSM scheduler.  Instead, the correct procedure would be to
schedule the dsmnotes command from with the Notes "Program
Documents"
