It seems to have turned out (although I'm getting kind of vague answers to my
questions) that the problem was some kind of permissions problem and the
there was a server (NT) time out going on.  In any event, the administrator
sent me a note saying, "I've done some modifying of the permissions and
everything seems to be working now".  So I'm not much wiser, but I am a lot
easier, now.

See if the file dscameng.txt is located in her baclient directory.
