Hi Cliff,
Have you trying stopping your ADSM server and starting it up interactively ie
just run dsmserv from a terminal window? You will be left logged in as
administrator SERVER_CONSOLE which by default will have sufficient rights for
you to do an UPDATE ADMIN command.
