Here is the sql I use
select distinct volume_name from volumes as -
"$1 pool at $2 % reclamation eligible volumes" -
  where stgpool_name=upper('$1') -
  and upper(access)^='OFFSITE' -
  and pct_reclaim >= $2

the parameters are storage pool name and reclamation threshold
 If your volumes are actually offsite, then you will want to change the
^='OFFSITE'
