I fully agree!

Also there's a problem for project-workers like me:
no chance to see a Tivoli rep - and the customer instances don't provide
that forwarding of requirements.
So although working with *SM I'll never get heard in the actual
implementation of the process!

The idea of the ADSM-R list was great and I think smomething like this
should be the solution!
