Hi,
I am an ADSM User from MVS to now WinNT. We use ADSM Rel 3.1.0.6
A few days before I tried to install the new ADSM Client Rel 3.1.0.7. After
reloading the Release
from Internet I deflated it and called SETUP.EXE.
I got the error message :
Setup is unable to find _SETUP.DLL, which is needed to complete the
installation.
Error 103
I looked in the installation directory and found _setup.dll . I asked the
WinNT specialist, but in vain.
Also  the IBMer do not know a solution!?
Who can help me?
